Hi, I’m your coach.

My name is Ollie and I have been in senior leadership roles over 10 years and I have a background of working with people for over 17 years. Consequently, I have learnt the realities and demands of operations and I understand how people think.

The traditional way of thinking is not the way we are designed to think.

For example, the place in our brain where we do our thinking is called the Hormenculus Cortex. Neurons are connected from this part of our brain to the rest of our body.
